About Me

Mr Rajesh Kaithwas; Founder & Chairman, Rudra Group of Companies has dedicated over decades of his life, creating a marvelous journey of belief, hard work, confidence and faith. This, for him is still the underpinning to the dreams he has for India and Rudra Group of Companies. As a first generation entrepreneur, he has sailed the boat through rough seas and is now setting ports across the Globe.

He has an inherent passion for work; this zeal for work has helped him make a mark across diverse industries like Engineering, Oil & Gas, Training & Consultancy, Media & Entertainment, Communications. As a person he’s always at the forefront for societal well-being; he has also bridged the gap between the generous and the needy through his various CSR initiative.

Setting up the Stage

A believer of self learning, Mr Kaithwas had gathered 10 years of experience in business development, Oil & Gas and Engineering Industry. Gradually, with similar steps he made his way into other industries, to finally established Rudra Group of Companies on 31st July 2005; thus making his mark into Business arena. He initiated Rudra’s backward integration journey by quick learning and smart investments from a single room office in Mumbai Suburbs to a successful venture marking its presence across the Globe.

Growing up

Mr. Rajesh was born on July 23rd 1977 in Mumbai, to Mr. Ramdhani Vishwanath & Chabbidevi Ramdhani; he is married to Mrs. Manisha Rajesh Kaithwas the owner of the brand Rudra Spa & Salon. They enjoy a happy married life and are parents of an adorable son, Yatharth. Coming from a joint family system and sharing a strong bonding of love and support he still believes in the same concept and is always found talking about the advantages of same. He was born in an upper middle class family. As a child he was always a bright student both academically and in extra-curricular as well. In-decisive as every youngster he has explored his knowledge from commerce, to holding a diploma in Hotel Management from Mumbai University.

Toyed by destiny he lost the golden opportunity of marking his career into the Hotel Industry, as he had won a Scholarship in Swiss School of Hotel Management but couldn’t pursue it due to personal reasons. Meanwhile he achieved other expertise by gaining a certification in ‘Standards of Training, Certification & Watch keeping’, a certified ‘Sex Educator’ for spreading awareness among the illiterate

With time he grew to understand the bigger picture and his work stood to define him. He’s a people’s person, and truly believes in working for and with them. A visionary for the society and of the economy, he derives to develop these industry sectors as they are the extended support system to the economy’s development and the future of India. A believer of smart work, he has always stood ahead to supported talent from across various fields.

Beginning of the better Future

As the Managing Partner & Chairman of Rudra Group, Mr. Rajesh Kaithwas started his astounding journey with a vision that “Belief is the key to success”. Back in 2005, he started his operations from a small office in Dombivali, Thane district. His office consisted of a table, two chairs and a staff of one clerk & a runner boy. Starting with lobbying for Oil & Gas Industry and further investing the returns into the company; he put his heart and soul within Rudra. Working without any personal income for about an year he finally set his sails by buying out venture into industries with never dying future.

In a span of just 9 years, Mr. Kaithwas has created an empire of over Rs. 200 crore which is one of the fastest growing business groups of the city. Throughout his life, his aim was to create a family and not just a company. The fact that he has always considered his position as that of "The Chief Guardian" of the ‘Rudra Group’s Family’ he deserves a appreciation beyond words.

    Rudra Group of Companies was established in year 2005. Over the years, as the company grew in reputation and size, it became evident that there was a need to diversify into other industries and related businesses. Initially, this was done by acquiring out existing companies which with time empowered Rudra to create its own divisions.     Make India a Super Power:

    He believes in action over words; he’s among the very few Indian who’s determined in dealing with the issues rather than cribbing about them. His vision as the citizen of India is to make India a superpower in all aspects, to utilize the unexplored power that India holds within. He wants to:

  • Help in making the country self reliant in the field of food, energy, and technology.
  • Create a country with best infrastructure that is available anywhere in the world.
  • Eradicate poverty & scrounge of illiteracy because he is of the opinion that achieving this will lead us to attain many other things.
  • Building national pride in every citizen of India so that each and every citizen would realize that they are part of winning team “team India”; in his perception this feeling of national pride can be a big go getter in achieving his objective of superpower.

    • as a Philanthropic Endeavor:

    Furthermore, Mr. Kaithwas can be sketched as a Philanthropist as he has pursued a large number of philanthropic endeavors. Social issues addressed include education, poverty alleviation, disability aid, healthcare, women and children, arts and culture, and community development and many more. Through project evaluation, mentorship and funding, Rudra hopes to play a role in driving true social innovation in India. He is involved in activities like:

    as a Liasioning Officer:

    Liasoning work is one of the task in which Mr. Kaithwas holds an upper hand; he has around 13 years of relevant experience in this field and the required arena. It includes negotiation with all Government Departments, Section from Municipal, and Planning & Revenue Department etc. He is surprisingly active in handling all Liasioning work with all Governmental departments for clearances & for procurement of ships and is conversant with local marine byelaws and coordinates architects and consultants as and when required.

    He is well versed in handling proper documentation, land revenue matters & has a practice to liaise with all govt agencies such as MCD, Police, and Tax Authorities etc.

    as an Influencer:

    He is seen as a powerful and a strong figure both within India and abroad and is mostly known for his growth and developmental work of his organization. He is a very influential leader and is very famous among the Indian youth. This has been possible because he has built a very strong profile not only offline but on online mediums as well. He maintains a strong presence on several social media channels and stays connected with the masses.

    Mr. Rajesh Kaithwas believes in Social Media as well; he sees Digitalization as the future of India and is more important to know who are the major influencers who contributed to it. He believes, as long as he lives there will be something more to learn but doesn’t forget to acknowledge the lesson.
